Shipping policy

Every Offshore Outcasts item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners, so shipping works a little differently than buying something already sitting in a warehouse.

Production time

Once you order, your item is printed and produced specifically for you. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before it ships, depending on the product.

Shipping time

After production, transit time is typically an additional 3–8 business days within the United States. Exact delivery estimates for your address and product are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

Multiple items, multiple packages

If your order includes more than one product, items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. That's normal — you'll get tracking for each shipment.

Delays

Production and shipping estimates are typical timeframes, not guarantees. High-volume periods, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally push delivery beyond the estimate.
